Sometimes I just need a caffeine detox and to binge on sleep
Take a Panadol for the caffeine withdrawal headache, etc.....
It feels like a waste of time...
But on the other hand, it's also a waste of time just sitting there trying to get stuff done but body and brain is all like: nope.
Can also low-key start freaking out over weird things when I'm like this, so yeah 😩
