Maybe you’re deficient in vitamins or minerals. Maybe it’s your diet.. Coffee , caffeine, energy drinks, etc are not solutions or help to your problem. Matter fact it makes it worse. Especially if you’re drinking those things on an empty stomach-this makes it a lot worse. It spikes your blood sugar, causing stress and inflammation and makes you feel even more tired and worse than ever before. Have you heard of caffeine crash? It’s intense fatigue/ drowsiness. So, you’re experiencing a CAFFEINE CRASH and a SUGAR CRASH. And dehydration. Possibly a withdrawal later on. Those drinks are marketed to give you a (SHORT time) “burst” of energy and it may feel like nothing for you. Then in 1-to-a couple hours you will crash.

A doctor may not explain that to you. And may brush it off as stress or bad sleeping habits. However, if this is a long going issue before taking caffeine/things and you ruled out new stress from work/life and deficiencies, then maybe ask for a sleep study.
