In my professional opinion, most likely you are deficient in Vitamin D or any one or all of the B's. I recommend modifying and enhancing your diet before resorting to supplements.

@GohantheThird If this is happening over a period of over a month, you should probably see a doctor. You can get blood tests done, maybe see a neurologist.
Outside of that, there are obvious things you can do like stretching every day, working out, cleaning up your sleep schedule, maybe vetting your social media use. Could be a lot of different things.
