Muscle massager gun Vs. TENS Unit?

My sister is looking for a tool to possibly help her neuropathy in her feet. Anyone know what might help more, a muscle massager/gun or a TENS unit?
She's wondering if any relief can be an option if nerves are nearly dead? 😕

Tens unit might be better to reopen blood flow and vessels it stimulates muscles vessels and nerves; therefore the massager would be equally as effective on dead nerves. I’m no professional id try the tens but the massager is likely just as effective
