Muscle massager gun Vs. TENS Unit?

My sister is looking for a tool to possibly help her neuropathy in her feet. Anyone know what might help more, a muscle massager/gun or a TENS unit?
She's wondering if any relief can be an option if nerves are nearly dead? 😕

No, TENS units are generally not considered safe for people with heart problems, especially those with pacemakers, defibrillators, or unstable heart conditions, as the electrical currents can interfere with devices or potentially affect heart rhythm, requiring strict medical consultation first. Always consult a doctor or physiotherapist before using a TENS unit if you have a heart condition, as electrodes should never be placed on the chest, neck, or near any implanted cardiac devices.
just a warning for those with a bad heart..
a cheap tens unit is bout 30 buck so why not try it
