Maybe...launch time set for noon?
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
@PHlover19701 it's probably more accurate
I remember that process. The prep was pretty tiresome, but the colonoscopy itself was a breeze by comparison. When that was over, I was starving, and with other patients everyone was talking about where we were going for lunch !
@DrWatson The one I go to is next door to a very popular deli. Patients pick up the matzo ball soup, afterwards—Jewish or not. It’s delicious, and easy on the stomach ! 😃

@bijouxbroussard Something to look forward to!
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F

Oh honey I wish you the best in all this. I pray you will be okay and they will find nothing wrong. I'll be praying for you.

I'm a veteran of several of those procedures.

What color Gatorade are you going with? 😀
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@Justmeraeagain

I haven't tried that one! lol
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
@DrWatson it was gross
DrWatson · 70-79, M
@Justmeraeagain I had a colonoscopy in October. I used Orange, and it was OK.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
The prep is the worse. I`ve always had to do mine the night before. Trying to sleep while the draino is at work.... well you can`t.
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
@Pretzel @Degbeme Not a fun day for sure
Degbeme · 70-79, M
@Justmeraeagain No it isn`t, but a necessity. Thinking of you.
@Degbeme Absolutely! I don't drink that junk. I refuse. For colonoscopies I use the pills instead and it is a thousand percent easier. Well, the taste part, that is. It just makes it easier. I don't know it's take all of them either. If I need to, yes I do, but when I find that it finally runs as clear as water, I stop. That means I'm cleaned out. I don't need anymore because I'm not going to be eating or drinking anymore until the procedure itself. I really wish they would come up with something better than those blasted colonoscopies, and they have if you can tolerate swallowing a horse pill with a camera in it! And the bad thing is, it can get stuck in your bowels to where they can't get it out or somewhere in between, even in your throat and then you've really got problems! Somebody has to come up with something more humane and less invasive.
