i wonder why hasnt anyone lived to be 120 in recent decades??

example...an older person receiving the heart of a 20 year old. with all the technology, surgical procedures, organ transplants, medications, etc will it soon become reality??

We have already extended our lifespan by a lot with modern medicine and access to healthcare. By the time our generation is elderly I think most will surpass 100 years old. But also humans like to self destruct with alcohol, drugs, tobacco, unhealthy lifestyles etc. , so that doesn’t help. For me living past 120 would be a hassle though.
