Of course this happens
I drive all the way to the hospital the next town over in pain and then when I finally arrive I stand up and the pain is gone. Just freaking figures it does this to me.

@Captainjackass Kinda sounds like a kidney stone. It can't kill you but very painful sometimes. Better see a doctor.
