Can a uti make you this freaking exhausted?

Holy crab sticks, not even my ADHD meds are keeping me awake during the day.

I still haven't finished the course of the antibiotics, but the pain is gone, which is great,
And I feel pretty normal, other than this fatigue,
Dayum...

I hope this fatigue goes soon :c

Utis can be very nasty even travelling to other organs and progressing to sepsis. We downplay a lot of the most common infections for women so most of their types/causes/symptoms/complications are not common knowledge
