Anyone have edema here, treated?

My sister had her edema on feet treated with Lasix but it didn't really help. I'm thinking she needs a higher dose. Hers was 20 mg. Anyone here take more than 20 and it helped?

Or any other meds you were on for edema?

I was on Lasix, too, for the short term, but now I take Maxzide. It contains two different meds and one of them helps your body retain potassium - going low on that can cause problems. There are many different medications your sister can go on - the best person is her doctor to ask.
