Anyone ever have their blood pressure back to normal after stopping meds?

yrs ago I was taking blood pressure pills, one time the pharmacist wouldn't refill it cause I have kidney issues, ever since then I never had high blood pressure again, wondered how that happened, did someone upstairs do that? its been normal for yrs now

Well, sometimes if you're stressed out your blood pressure will be quite high and that might have been a time when you were having a lot of stress?
So your blood pressure was higher than normal?
Some people are very sensitive to salt, if you made dietary changes such as not eating as much packaged or fast foods or just cutting your sodium content down that will also affect some peoples blood pressure.

I started medication then left it ... It's normal untill I over think lol

I was always told no matter what still stay on my Blood pressure medications so who knows?

Its likely the underlying issue has changed. Maybe you lost weight and quit smoking or drinking.. Or even, without meaning to be indelicate, even menopause can change your blood chemistry and stabilise your blood pressure..😷

Not a good idea to advise anyone to stop taking blood pressure meds. Also not a good idea to take advice from a pharmacist rather than your doctor.
