how to make the best of things when you have health problems
i'm in my late 40s now and have managed diabetes type 2 for over a decade, i did well at one point with diet and exercise, swimming regularly, i reversed it...but now i've gained back weight again, and i've lapsed at swimming, not been in over 6 months.
then at some point, when i can organize how to get there, i have to go to the hospital to have something put on to monitor my heart, so i'm not sure what's the matter yet.
anyhow, how can i make the best of things, with these things going on & having these problems?
