An I getting paranoid ?

I am having a medical appointment later this week
I’ve been having lots of weird symptoms likeheart palpitations, strong sadness that comes and go , feeling of impediment doom . Weight loss .amongst others… I’m kind of nervous about that appointment, Dutch doctors aren’t the best but what if there is nothing wrong with me ? What if that’s life now

Update .
Blood test is clean ish nothing wrong woth the heart/longs . Doctor suspect a burn out I’m surprise but not too surprise :/

Yeah we get a little older and we start thinking every ache and pain is some huge crisis.

We feel any little twitch and think, "Uh oh, what was that? Am I going to d*e?"

I do that a lot. Natural process of aging, it gets worse the older that we get.

I think because doctors tend to use scare tactics.

@Julien There does come a point when we need to figure out the source of our grief and leave it behind, like a job or romantic relationship qui craint.
We hesitate but once we take the plunge, it is a relief. We can then find a better life. 🙂
We get used to our new lives quickly.

@Julien Alors, je ne peux pas dire Vraiment que je le parle MAIS je suis en train de l'apprendre.
Tu vois, mon comprension orale manque. Pas cet pourcent mais, je ne suis pas experte.
Je ne savais pas si mon message serai bloqué si j'ai utilisé le mot en anglais.

That is the thing qui craint with this forum, we have to use every protocol EXCEPT english just so sh*t gets posted.

Nous nous lancons dans un routine malsaine, mais il est difficile d’arreter parce que c’est parfois la seule vie que nous connaissons.

Et ouais, il y avait beaucoup de conneries dans ma vie. MainteNANT c'est tranquil mais pas dans le passé
