i think my blood pressure results were okay
recently i had a 24 hour blood pressure monitor put on at my chemist, because my blood pressure was high on two occasions in months gone by, but the blood pressure monitor took 38 readings which turned out to be fine thank goodness...i have to go see my doctor this friday to discuss it...i have a pretty good doctor.
but the other news which is not too great is i missed a hospital appointment recently to have a heart monitor put on, because i find it hard to travel and leave my apartment, due to anxiety, fear of going out, and paranoia...so i was in a bit of a dilemma and crisis as to how i'll get to the hospital, i have no one who can take me, so it would mean travelling by myself there....so i'm not sure what my doctor will say about it when i see him....so this is sort of hanging over my head at the moment.
