Cutting out processed sugar and carbs

It's hard but I've done it before. Also have been using my walking pad faithfully and increasing my protein intake. I have a goal and it seems like every time I make progress on a goal, my depression strikes me hard and I give up. I pray this doesn't happen this time. I am getting myself back into therapy, my appointment is October 14.

Watch the protein intake. particularly if you are including the "high protein" processed foods.. beyyer if its from natural sources. Meat eggs, nuts beans etc..The body handles it better..😷
