Got a MRI today.

OMG. He said this will take 20 mins. I was fine for the first 10 mins. I had a tough time relaxing for the last half. They had me wear head phones playing music. Helped some. Hard not to move at all for 20 mins.

I had one about 2 years ago and the attendant told me to stop breathing so much.....lol

@DallasCowboysFan well you do have to hold your breath when they tell you or you’ll mess up the pictures.

I have had a couple and I almost fell asleep! I found the noises very soothing!

@cherokeepatti In hind sight, ocean sounds would have been better. Or Star Wars force themes. I kept my eyes closed and did my best to stay centered.
