yeah, some meals need to be eaten when we will have enough time to suffer in peace afterwards.

@Peter1985 ha ha, yeah but for real, there ARE certain foods and meals that we need to plan for as in, "Okay I want this but I will be sick afterwards, I need to take precaution."
Well like in your case, maybe a shot of Pepto Bismol before whatever it was you ate.
Other cases, maybe Rolaid's. When I go to a chinese restaurant, I take anti-diarrhea pills so I do not get the screaming sh*ts afterwards.
D4mn ya know, it is almost like gearing up for battle just to enjoy our favorite foods. Like, is it even worth it?

@Peter1985 It may not be available in your country but I imagine some form of it is, it is an over the counter med, and par google -
Pepto-Bismol is an over-the-counter medication with the active ingredient bismuth subsalicylate that treats symptoms of nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, and diarrhea. It provides relief by forming a protective layer on the stomach and intestines and can be taken as a liquid or chewable tablets.
