A creep can mean all sorts of things, as there are many ways to be creepy, and you can call anyone who gives you a weird vibe a creep. You can call anyone who's into people under 18 a pedo imo. Actually I get pedo vibes from anyone 30-35 who's into 20-25 year olds as well.
