Anyone know a good vibration plate for foot pain/neuropathy?

That is under $150?

My sister needs one for horrible numbness in her feet, it's supposed to help restore blood flow . She's hoping any of them restore numbness, in addition to pain. Any ideas welcome.. heading to bed will check any replies soon.
