Doctor's appointment could of been better

So after looking over the last 2 test I've done my doctor wasn't happy. My heart rate is still high. He's upping my heart medication and adding another dose during the day. He's also added a fast acting PRN for me to take when I need it.
We're going to try this for a month and see if this helps. If it does he's going to look into me having heart surgery and getting a catheter ablation done in the near future.

So that sounds super fun and I'm not stressing over that news at all.

I do know someone who has had ablations for afib, and it does not sound like it was a terrible experience. For whatever that is worth.

@Poppies yeah I've looked into it some and it seems like a minor surgery with a pretty fast recovery time. It's just the whole idea of it and I don't do down time or recovery very well
