Back to normal

Well I enjoyed an appointment free day yesterday but today is back to normal

I have therapy today and I turned in my heart monitor and they want to go over the results. Joel is coming with me because I'm not good at these things. So I want to make sure I have the brains there lol

Tonight should be nice.

We're going to watch the royals and banana ball. We're making homemade pizzas and s'mores.

Should be a fun time
