I got good news yesterday
I've been having heart palpitations and I had a dizzy spell where I blacked out and fell and hurt myself in my house. Went to see my doctor and they ran all sorts of tests on my heart. There was some concern because of a family history of death by heart attack and my own medical history. They did the full run up, EKG, echo, holster heart monitor, and a stress test. My doctor told me my tests all show that my heart is in really good condition. I do have Sinus tachycardia which is just a fancy word for a high heart. They don't think it's anything of major concern, but I need to keep on eye on it and start taking a beta blocker to keep my heart rate at a lower level. It's just my natural heart rate is over 100 even when resting. So I know that my safe range is between 100 to 146 and now I know that if my heart is beating fast it isn't really that big of a deal. Still don't know why I am getting heart palpitations, so back to the drawing board on tests. It's not heart related so now we are looking into Thyroid and/or hormones possible. The good news is my heart is good and I am on the right track to figuring out what the heck is going on with this wonky body of mine.
