It's pretty sad when my therapist cares more about my ulcer than my primary doctor

So my stomach is still hurting me and it's not getting any better. So I messaged my doctor to see if I could try a different medication to help. He replied back saying I reviewed your chart and I think you med are causing the pain and you should stop taking them for a week and see if that helps

I didn't know how to answer that. I'm on heart medications! I can't do that.

Yesterday I had my therapy appointment and I was in a lot of pain and I guess he noticed and was worried because he called me. I told him about the pain and my message from my doctor. He was pissed. First off he prescribe me some new medications to help with my ulcer and ordered some lab tests for tomorrow. Second is helping me file a complaint against my doctor. And third he's helping me find a new primary doctor as soon as possible.

Thank goodness I have at least one doctor that cares about my health.

My gynecologist is the physician who first tipped me off that I have scoliosis. Not his bailiwick but he is thorough.

@Poppies same with him! He's helped me so much. He's a young doctor and fairly new. But he's very good at what he does!
