Appointment went okay

My appointment when ok but my doctor was a little worried that my resting heart rate was high. So he's going to increase my propranolol and wants me to come back in a month. He also wants me to keep track of my HR a few times a day now.

I have so many journals for keeping track of things I'm starting to get confused lol thank goodness for Joel. He is way better at this than me
