Having POTS is annoying

I don't feel good. Every time I stand up to fast I get light headed and dizzy. My heart rate is really high. I'm drinking a liquid IV, sitting in front of a fan and took a pill to help. My head is pounding as well. Hopefully it will calm down in a few minutes.

Have blood pressure issues?
Do you currently take any bp meds?
Do you monitor your BP daily and have it noted somewhere?

@PaisleyHeart no my BP is normal. I do check it daily. I take propranolol for my pots issues
