Awareness helps ...

What's the worst that can happen?
What's the best that can happen ?

Maybe take really deep breaths if you don't know

Too much caffeine? Maybe ?

Focus on something else ...gratitude...excersize...call a friend...journal ...relax your body with meditation ...

Naming it does help diminish its power while giving it the recognition it’s demanding. But sometimes it spawns from something that’s been buried so deeply that we have trouble identifying what it is. Unfortunately that’s when it gets a bit tricky.
