Not feeling great

Today has been a struggle I've had a horrible headache and feeling sick to my stomach. I'm also freezing cold and every time I get up I feel a little light headed. And I am so anxious right now I don't know why. I messaged my doctor and he said it's just the joys of having pots and to drink lots of water and take an extra propranolol with lunch. So I guess that's what I'll do for now.

I had those same symptoms for our last holiday weekend. It turned out to be COVID. I'd have it checked out further if I were you.

@IM5688 we have a medical fragile child so we take covid and flu tests weekly so I know it wasn't that. Pretty sure I was just having a bad day with pots
