Smoking marijuana and eating cannabis gummies...

both linked to dangerous health risk, study finds,

Long-term cannabis use in any form has been linked to a greater risk of heart disease.

In a new study, researchers at UC San Francisco determined that eating edible cannabis, such as gummies, has the same impact on cardiovascular risk as smoking marijuana.

The risk stems from reduced blood vessel function, according to the study, which was published in JAMA Cardiology on May 28.

The researchers recruited 55 people between October 2021 and August 2024 who were outwardly healthy and either regularly smoked marijuana or consumed edibles containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary psychoactive compound found in cannabis.

55 people...you think that's enough of a sample size to accurately make that diagnosis?

Hey, Willie, I got bad news for ya. LOL
Yeah but... there were studies in the 1980s that uncovered health problems linked to cannabis and they were found to be wrong. So now any study that throws shade on cannabis, forever and all time, will be wrong
