I just finished my two and half week wellness staycation.

I finished it off yesterday with an hour long deep tissue massage. Im walking like inches taller since the tiny Asian lady muscled out all the knots in my upper back between my shoulder blades. Don't let their size fool you lol. She was killling it.
I feel so much better.

(I did have to work a couple days during my vacation lol but those days didnt count)

I also had an acupuncture appt. the first week. It really helped with my hot flashes that ive been getting since going through surgical menopause. The hot flashes have gone from like a 10 to a 2 in severity. Im really happy about that.

I had a nice staycation. I walked, I swam, i jacuzzied, I juiced, I ate healthy. I fasted some... I would definitely recommend.

According to research from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a two-and-a-half-week wellness staycation gives substantial advantages for mental and physical health, enabling relaxation, stress reduction, and possibly even improvements in psychological and physical health symptoms. According to WorldSprings, this time can be utilized to rest, practice mindfulness, and concentrate on self-care, all of which can enhance general wellbeing.
Massages are the best. I usually just make my friends or husband do it for me to save money
