Make sure you are not anemic. Try ferrous sulfate daily. Also completely rest one day a week, do nothing at all except rest. You won't be tired then. It is one of Gods commandment in the Bible. Work 6 days and then rest.

have you seen your doctor to check for vitamin deficiencies? sounds like you could be anemic. (low iron) very common especially if you have heavy periods. psych meds can sometimes deplete other vitamin stores in your body as well. (such as magnesium or b12) all energy related.

Wow! Sounds like you are doing right. Might see a doctor about it. In a blood test they might find you are low on something like iron.

I was just reading that low magnesium can causes some of this stuff. Try taking Vitamin D3, vitamin B12, and a really GOOD mineral supplement religiously, and give it time to work.
