Anyone ever used a TENS machine before?

Do they work?
Is it worth buying one?
I just ordered one, now im in that post decision state of second guessing myself

I experienced one in physical therapy, also have one of my own at home. For me, it seems to give relief in the moments that it is in use. Not very expensive to own. Worth trying, I think

@Poppies i hope it does what its supoosed to.
I want to avoid pain relief medication if i can.
