Anyone ever used a TENS machine before?

Do they work?
Is it worth buying one?
I just ordered one, now im in that post decision state of second guessing myself

Yes, they work OK. Just be careful and make sure the power is turned DOWN. Then slowly turn it up.

@Teslin That's good to know. I bought one that has something like 40 different programs, from acupuncture through massage to recovery. I think it had a warm up mode. So thanks for highlighting that need. Im all new to this .
