Anyone ever used a TENS machine before?

Do they work?
Is it worth buying one?
I just ordered one, now im in that post decision state of second guessing myself

Ive spent all morning reading reviews, going to different sites, comparing machines and my brain feels like mush.
I think ive chosen a decent medical grade one.
There are too many to choose from and too many scam products, all very confusing.
