I thought I would escape, but I've caught some kind of cold or virus.

Chest and sinus congestion, and coughing, mainly. My throat feels really dry. I'm loaded up with medications, so no need for advice. Got my super sized bag of honey lemon cough drops right here.

The B!tch of it is, I won't be able to go to the food pantry for my neighbors tomorrow. I can't touch all the things I bring for them to eat, or cough all over them. I posted a notice in the elevator, so that people won't be expecting me.

New symptoms today...it's the flu.

Take care. Such persistent cough can damage the lungs. Take up brisk walking or jogging to pump those aeroles once you get better.

Believe me, i know what it feels like.

@WandererTony I'm sorry to hear that. Right now I am really unsteady on my feet.

@4meAndyou If you would listen to me, please add some ginger to your tea. Helps heal sore throat fast. 🙂
For the lungs, consult a doc and start inhalers. Budesonide and Levosalbutamol is what i was prescribed, but never took. I carry it though.

@WandererTony I used albuterol yesterday as an inhaler. Can I used powdered ginger?

@4meAndyou i guess powder is ok if it dissolves fully. What we do in India is crush some diced pieces and put it on the tea stainer along with tea leaves while pouring hot water through it. Let it soak for 1 min or so.
