The fifth metatarsal in my left foot, my left elbow, and my lower back has a cracked bone just below one of the vertebrae. The lower back is the only one that still hurts.

@TheStranger Mine really, really hurts unless I am either sitting down, or curled up in bed on my side.

@4meAndyou I find when I sit to long it can become uncomfortable. Moving about is usually not the problem its when I stop and sit around to long.Do you take any sort of medication for your bacl problem ??.🪻

@TheStranger I can't take anything that works because I have stomach ulcers. So just tylenol. I tried radio wave ablation, but it actually hurts worse now that its done.

@4meAndyou Once you start talking medication you seem to have to take more medication to combat other medication.
Sorry to hear you have stomach ulcers.
For my back I take tramadol. It does work for me .Back problems can become a real problem in life and lots of people do not understand the affect it can have on you and your life Physically Emotionally and Mentally..🪻

@TheStranger I might ask about that. I looked it up, and it is also called Ultram, and the ex used to take that for his bad knee.
