It could be a number of things and you should get checked out. I have rheumatoid arthritis, have been anemic, had adrenal problems (a cancerous lesion), and had colon cancer. Didn’t know what all was wrong till I got checked. A hypothyroid condition and other things can also cause fatigue.

Honestly feeling tired all the time like that might be just low iron in your system and maybe a good idea to have it checked anyway just saying forgive me for nosing and your health and such but it might be something simple

If you’re sleep and work or child rearing pattern hasn’t change there could be an underlying reason like thyroid problem is common in women.
