Can you accidentally gaslight someone?

I recently had brain surgery. My memory is slowly improving. Unfortunately bc i have still have short term recall issues i routinely and unintentionally gaslight ppl.
Am i actually gaslighting myself

First of all, congrats on the success of the operation! If it had lasting effects then it must have been a tricky one, I wish you great recovery!
Also, you're not gaslighting, they all know you don't remember, so it's fine. I wish the memory is geting better though...

@Friendlyperson thank you for the kindness i try to make the best of things. It seems i had the tumor since at least 2016 malepractice apparent. W\e im healing. But for example ill act like i know what im talking about when the person im talking to either saw me when i did something else, knows that iwouldnt or couldnt do it or knows i dont actually have any information. And\or im obviously just messing with the doctor. Its fun to see them do a double take or repeat back to me the obvious nonsense i told them.
