Hello you beauties πŸ˜™ After doing a lots of pushing and pulling, this time's descending in Winter's Heart πŸ’Ÿβœ¨ ...

..was the smoothest and graciousest I've experienced so far.
Not only did I let go but I even encouraged myself to go deeper. Apparently that's my depth for this time around!:)

So here we go again, the Fire Rabbit πŸ”₯πŸ‡ strikes again !!! Hop on the train and trust me I'm going to prioritise stability this time around.
Stability over Growth, for gaining the foundation for Growth 😁 Usually I'd burn out pretty soon.
Let's see what happens this time around.

So the idea is 20-20 min routines

Morning and Evening
β€’ 10 min meditation
β€’ 10 min movement (any kind, for me right now is just a warm up and some slow dancing maybe in the morning or yoga in the evening)

I'll try to stick to it for 3 months, till my departure from the island πŸπŸŒ”πŸŒŒπŸ’œπŸŒΈπŸ˜ŠπŸ™ end February.

Then I'll do something different.
