..was the smoothest and graciousest I've experienced so far.
Not only did I let go but I even encouraged myself to go deeper. Apparently that's my depth for this time around!:)
So here we go again, the Fire Rabbit π₯π strikes again !!! Hop on the train and trust me I'm going to prioritise stability this time around.
Stability over Growth, for gaining the foundation for Growth π Usually I'd burn out pretty soon.
Let's see what happens this time around.
So the idea is 20-20 min routines
Morning and Evening
β’ 10 min meditation
β’ 10 min movement (any kind, for me right now is just a warm up and some slow dancing maybe in the morning or yoga in the evening)
I'll try to stick to it for 3 months, till my departure from the island πππππΈππ end February.
Then I'll do something different.
Ps- How can I create a group for this ?
