I haven't been to the doctors since i was a teenager

I haven't been to the doctors since i was a teenager i think I'm just scared of what they will tell me

I’m a lot older than you but I do understand a little bit of not wanting to go to the doctors. I think I’ve been there more times this year than I’ve been there my whole life before. Just my opinion but I don’t go unless I need to and that has worked great for me not saying it’s for everyone .
Go or not that’s your call just try to stay healthy and happy.
Doctors can always find something it seems.

@Repete Preventative medicine is a wonderful thing. All my younger years I would go very spottily and always get a clean bill of health. But one day my doctor said "go see a dermatologist about that."

And the dermatologist tested & removed a cancer from my skin. Also identfied several hard bumps on my skin that weren't going away, identified them as pre-cancerous, and removed them all with liquid nitrogen spray. Preventative medicine is a wonderful thing!

@ElwoodBlues it can be I agree but it can also cause more stress than if not known in first place to each the choice is there’s . My mom was diagnosed with cancer given one year if she took treatment, she didn’t and lived for 7 years doing the things she liked and wanted to do. All but the last 6 months was a wonderful time . I lost 2 aunts ( my mothers sisters) to cancer both had chemo treatment and suffered more than lived .
Personally when I can’t live my life doing the things I like, they may as well burry me . My choice is certain things I don’t want to know.
