If u are in public try and not touch your face. Specially after touching door knobs or money. If u are eating lunch or dinner out in public make sure to wash your hands good. After u wash them then u can touch your face or hair. First thing u do when u get home is wash your hands. If u need to go grocery shopping do it early in the mornings or late in the even. There is less people around at that time
