DUST MITES

I am sick of forever having a runny nose, and sneezing and it happens year-round and never goes away. Dr Google tells me I might not actually have a cold, but it's a reaction to dust mites.

Any domestic heroes who can tell me how to get rid of them? Obviously vacuuming and changing sheets regularly would be the main one but if I want to donan utter blitz and reduce/remove any unwanted remnants, is there any method or anything else I should do??

You can try any of the below two simple things..i guess it is happening once in every two hours or so and continues. Whenever you feel like having this type of "allergy" drink something hot like coffee, tea or even hot water. The other method is raising your voice a bit higher..like singing or laughing..this should solve your issue..I'm having this issue for quite a long time and I'm doing this.im an indian and ethnically I prefer home treatments like this..
