I had that problem for years... best way to stop is too stop using the nose spray and get this stuff called 'aller-flo'...its a nose spray my doctor told me to use, it works and after a few days you'll be able to breathe again without the stuff you're using right now

While it's okay to use nasal spray to get relief, you must diagnose the underlying problem as to why so much phlegm is produced Have you tried Allegra or cetrizin as they relieve block nose better than a spray.

You're addicted. That happened to my husband. You need to stop using it and your nose will get better.
@Spoiledbrat yea but during that time it’s very hard to sleep and eat

@justasmalltowngirl90 I know but your body is addicted to it. You'll be okay after a couple of days of not using it. Nose spray is only meant to help not make your symptom disappear.

Don’t those things have a legitimately addictive chemical in them? I’d be concerned, especially if you’ve been using for over a year.

That happened to me for awhile. It will bother you when you stop but you will readjust.
@Rambler yea it’s very hard
