Is 7 hours of sleep enough for you to function in a full-time job the following day?

@Indianboy I prefer 10_13 and my mother grandmother and great grandmother have always been the same way don know what's wrong with me

@Poetvann wow. Huge sleep hours those and i guess mostly hereditary
What happens if/when you sleep for lesser time?? Any health side effects?
Poetvann · 26-30, F
@Indianboy no I feel refreshed actually when I wake up after sleeping 7 or 8 hours but it doesn't last very long and I crash a lot quicker. When I sleep the longer hours I feel groggy when I wake up but couple hours later after I get past that it's very substainable and I can stay up a lot longer than I would if I were to sleep less. I think I just don't function well in the morning in general the night time is where I come alive and I've always been that way I have trouble getting to sleep and trouble waking up

@Poetvann @Poetvann Very interesting. Night time active girl and dull in mornings right?
@Poetvann There's nothing wrong, it's just what you require. Everyone is different.

@Poetvann I was that way for a number of years in my 20s too, but now I have trouble actually sleeping more than 8 even if I try.
