I wish my sister would believe me

She has all these "symptoms" and is not allergic to everything. She thinks she has long Covid from like 3 years ago. I'm trying to tell her it's anxiety, I've had it my whole life, but she says it's not. 🙄 ok, let the doctors suck you dry and run every test under the sun then

Long COVID is also called long-haul COVID, post-COVID syndrome (or conditions) and post-acute sequelae of COVID-19. In many people, it's compared to myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). Because of the different symptoms and possible causes, there's no single treatment that works for everyone. My poor daughter is suffering from the long-term effects, herself. It has affected her lungs and more and more people are saying the same. It's nothing made up.

@LadyGrace NIH contacted me to do a long Covid study last year. It was two hours per day online. I couldn’t participate because even being on computer for extended periods of time made my symptoms worse. (I work on computer for 6 hours per day and even that was very hard for me a year ago)
@Jenny1234 oh my, that's awful. I'm really sorry to hear that.

@LadyGrace does your daughter have any other long term affects aside from her lungs?
@Jenny1234 no not really. But she did get covid again a couple weeks ago. This makes like the fourth time. When she visited me yesterday, I gave her some spray lung medication and she was so grateful because what she was taking from the doctor dried her sinuses up so bad. She also suffers from fibromyalgia really badly. And chronic fatigue syndrome.

@LadyGrace I hope she can feel better soon. Not sure if this is useful but acupuncture, which I’d never had before last year, was a godsend to me and I truly think it saved my life in many ways. Maybe something for her to look into
@Jenny1234 oh wow thank you so much for that information. I will tell her that.
@Jenny1234 I'm not feeling so good today either. I fell really hard 2 days ago and my head won't quit hurting and I'm all bruised up so I'm going to go have x-rays done tomorrow at the hospital. Broke my ribs.

@LadyGrace I literally felt some relief after my first session. It’s worth tryinb
@Jenny1234 I so appreciate that information and I just told her. I hope she'll go and have that done.
