How Low Is Too Low For Blood Pressure For Someone Who Is Almost 70 years Old?

I went to Sam’s Club today to pickup a rotisserie chicken and some other things for lunch. Decided to sit down and get my BP checked at the machine next to the pharmacy area. It was 82/50. And marked as “normal”. Just a couple months ago my primary care doctor wanted to put me on blood pressure meds but I decided to stop drinking coffee and my BP came down.

Drinking salt water will raise blood pressure. I heard one doc say this. If you are eating everything sodium free then maybe not enough blood ( liquid) volume is there for heart to pump 🤔🤔🤔cause all the water escapes the body. I know that blood pressure falls do to dehydration ( not enough liquid to pump ). My relative was getting his wisdom teeth pulled out in this operation and they told him not to drink any liquids for 12 or 24 hours I forgot which one exactly. But after that stupid operation he woke up and passed out, they measure his bp it was like 50/25 or something, they quickly gave him an IV ( to increase liquids) and it went up to 90. Are you drinking enough 🤔🤔

@SW-User I am not trying to avoid salt but do avoid mono sodium glutamate, which contributes- lot of sodium to processed foods. So no canned soups and other foods with it

@cherokeepatti ya, canned food is poison. Its the right thing to completely avoid it
