I'm 70 and get similar numbers to those. I am very inactive and had the same concerns. When I'm at the doctor office my numbers are higher just because of the walking from car to office. I had the same concerns because of my age and condition plus I lost Vickie to heart failure. But she had bad heart conditions occuring. Anyway I learned that the diastolic number is the one to be considered about going much to low because that is apparently when your heart muscle gets it's oxygen. I'm sure there's much more to it but knowing this calmed me down some.
