Not good if you are walking on flat surface, like, concrete, tile or marble floor. It blocks the nerves. Not good for feet as well as for mind.

Good on natural earth surfaces like beach, mountains, soil, grass, etc. Because the non-flat natural surface facilitates blood flow in sole.
