Can you think of a new way to view blood pressure....

Rather than getting all nervous every time the dang cuff goes on my arm?
(Fear of it being high, causes my heart to race and get a high reading)
I actually am avoiding going to the doctors due to it. Ughh.

Y'know, you can just tell the doctor that you don't consent to a blood pressure test and are too anxious about it. They might try to talk you into it, but you're still an adult and they can't make you do it. 🤷 Not ideal for obvious reasons, but it's a hell of a lot better than not receiving the rest of your medical treatment.
