Mention this to the doctor. A fast heart rate doesn’t increase BP necessarily. BP can be higher from stress or pain or even how you hold your arm. No single reading is dispositive.

@LeopoldBloom It goes high from the anxiety of the thought "what if its high?? " it is a self fulfilled prophecy of white coat syndrome. But happens at home too. I have shame around the fear..had extreme abuse growing up with toxic belief that I should prevent all bad things. Or if I didnt prevent it I was a lazy person. (Like prevent health issues too) That abuse still affects me today and doctors are one way/blood pressure. 😟
